The Beginning (SleepOS – HyperOS Based)
Project Sleep started with SleepOS, a custom ROM built on HyperOS. The focus was maximizing gaming performance with unlocked FPS in all apps and games, alongside strong bootloader spoofing for banking apps and services like Netflix and SnapChat. Extensive customization options were introduced, transforming the HyperOS experience into a powerhouse tailored for enthusiasts.
Expanding Compatibility (Port ROMs)
The project evolved by introducing Port ROMs, allowing Pixel-exclusive features and other system interfaces to run on various devices. All ports were optimized with Sleep's performance tweaks, ensuring smoothness and stability across different hardware.
The Pure Foundation (AOSP)
Development expanded to include a pure AOSP variant. Stripped of unnecessary bloat while maintaining rock-solid stability, this version delivers a clean, smooth, and power-efficient Android experience for users who prefer minimalism and reliability.
